Facade Thermal Panel Primeberg Seven Tones Gray
Refined elegance in a modern format. The thermal panel combines EPS-100 insulation with Golden Tile porcelain stoneware cladding in a matte gray shade with a textured surface. Cool gray tones add a sense of precision and contemporary character to the building, perfectly matching dark roofs, metal fences, and glass elements. This facade looks premium, blends easily into both urban and suburban landscapes, and requires minimal maintenance. The panel is ideal for cottages, townhouses, and commercial spaces — offices, showrooms, and restaurants.

EPS thickness – which one to choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Here is a short guide depending on building type and climate. If in doubt, we will help you select the optimal solution for your project.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated buildings or facades where increasing thickness is not possible. Provides limited effect and is mainly used as a corrective or decorative solution rather than full insulation. |
| 80 mm | Entry-level thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or regions with a mild climate. Used in renovations in Europe but does not meet modern energy efficiency standards for new buildings. |
| 100 mm | Basic option for smaller buildings, cottages, or seasonally used homes. Provides noticeable heat loss reduction, but in colder European regions is considered the minimum acceptable standard. |
| 120 mm | The most balanced solution for most residential houses in moderate and cold climates. Ensures comfortable indoor conditions and real heating cost savings without excessive material use. |
| 150 mm | Meets building standards for thermal insulation of multi-family residential buildings. A high-quality solution for energy-efficient homes with permanent residence. Significantly reduces heating costs and moves the building closer to low-energy or passive house standards. |
| 200 mm | Maximum insulation level for northern regions or nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB). Used where minimal heat loss is a priority and complies with European insulation standards. |
The thicker the EPS layer, the better the thermal insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your home.
Installation and storage recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: Before installation, the facade must be clean, dry, and even. Remove any irregularities and defects if necessary.
- Layout marking: Carefully mark the panel placement, starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: Panels are attached to the wall using special facade anchors and polyurethane adhesive foam. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the number and placement of fixings.
- Grouting: After installation, joints between tiles must be filled with special grout to ensure additional sealing and an aesthetic finish.
Storage:
- Store thermal panels in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Panels should be stored horizontally on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
