Facade Thermopanel Primeberg Seven Tones Orange
A facade that radiates warmth and energy. The thermopanel combines EPS-100 insulation with Golden Tile porcelain stoneware cladding in a matte orange shade with a textured surface. The насыщений color creates a bright and expressive look for the building, adds a sunny mood, and perfectly highlights the facade among standard solutions. The orange tone harmoniously blends with natural landscapes, wooden or dark architectural elements, emphasizing individuality and style. The panel not only insulates but also shapes a modern appearance for private cottages, townhouses, and commercial premises — from retail stores to cafés and creative offices.

EPS thickness – which one to choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Here is a short guide depending on the building type and climate. If in doubt — we will help you select the optimal solution for your project.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated buildings or facades where increasing thickness is not possible. Provides limited effect and is mainly used as a corrective or decorative solution rather than full insulation. |
| 80 mm | Entry-level thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or regions with a mild climate. Used in renovations, but does not meet modern energy-efficiency standards for new buildings. |
| 100 mm | Basic option for small buildings, summer houses, or seasonally used homes. Provides noticeable reduction of heat loss, but in colder European regions is considered the minimum acceptable standard. |
| 120 mm | The most balanced solution for most residential houses in moderate and cold climates. Ensures a comfortable indoor microclimate and real heating cost savings without unnecessary material overuse. |
| 150 mm | Meets thermal insulation standards for multi-apartment residential buildings. A high-quality solution for energy-efficient homes with permanent residence. |
| 200 mm | Maximum insulation level for northern regions or nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB). Complies with European thermal insulation standards. |
The thicker the EPS layer, the better the thermal insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your home.
Installation and storage recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: The facade must be clean, dry, and even before installation. Remove any irregularities and defects if necessary.
- Layout: Carefully mark the panel placement, starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: Panels are fixed to the wall using special facade anchors and polyurethane adhesive foam. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the number and placement of fixings.
- Joint grouting: After installation, fill the joints between tiles with a special grout to ensure additional sealing and an aesthetic finish.
Storage:
- Store thermopanels in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Panels should be stored horizontally on a flat surface to avoid deformation.
