Facade Thermopanel Primeberg The Strand White
A light facade with a sense of space. The thermopanel combines EPS-100 insulation with Golden Tile porcelain stoneware cladding in a matte white shade with a textured surface. The white color adds lightness and freshness to the building, visually enlarges the space, and highlights the modern character of the architecture. Such a facade looks refined in both minimalist and classic projects, easily combining with dark roofs as well as wooden or stone details. The panel reliably retains heat and creates a stylish exterior for private houses, townhouses, and commercial properties — from shops to offices.

EPS Thickness — Which One to Choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Here is a quick guide based on building type and climate. If in doubt, we will help you select the optimal option for your project.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated buildings or where increasing thickness is not possible. Provides limited effect and is mainly used as a corrective or decorative solution rather than full insulation. |
| 80 mm | Entry-level thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or mild climates. Used in renovations but does not meet modern energy efficiency standards for new housing. |
| 100 mm | Basic option for small buildings, holiday homes, or seasonal houses. Ensures noticeable heat loss reduction but is considered the minimum acceptable standard in colder regions. |
| 120 mm | The most balanced solution for most residential houses in moderate and cold climates. Provides a comfortable indoor climate and real heating cost savings. |
| 150 mm | Meets thermal insulation requirements for multi-apartment residential buildings. A high-quality solution for energy-efficient homes with permanent residence. |
| 200 mm | Maximum insulation level for northern regions or nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB). Complies with European thermal insulation standards. |
The thicker the EPS layer, the better the thermal insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your home.
Installation and Storage Recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: The facade must be clean, dry, and even. Remove any defects and irregularities before installation.
- Marking: Carefully mark panel placement, starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: Panels are attached using special facade anchors and polyurethane adhesive foam. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the number and placement of fasteners.
- Grouting: After installation, tile joints should be filled with a special grout to ensure additional sealing and aesthetic appearance.
Storage:
- Store thermopanels in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Keep panels horizontally on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
