Terms of Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee your right to return or exchange goods of both proper and improper quality within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

1. Return of goods of improper quality (defects or damage)

If you receive a product with defects, we guarantee its exchange or a full refund.

• Timeframe: Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

• Grounds for return:

  • Mechanical damage incurred during transportation.

  • Discrepancy between the actual quantity or characteristics of the goods and your order.

• Procedure: To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase as well as photos or videos clearly showing the detected damage.

2. Return of goods of proper quality (if the product did not meet your expectations)
