Primeberg Facade Thermal Panel Katerynoslav Garnet
Facade with the strength of color and a distinctive character. The thermal panel combines EPS-100 insulation and handmade Katerynoslav tile in the Garnet shade with a relief, rustic texture. The deep red-burgundy tone with dark overflows creates a feeling of reliability and energy, while the «antique» effect adds authenticity to the facade. Such a color looks bright and at the same time solid, perfectly combined with dark roofs, wood, and stone. An ideal solution for cottages, townhouses, and commercial premises where it is necessary to emphasize the prestige and individuality of the building.

Foam thicknesses: which one to choose?
Do you not know which thickness to choose? Here is a short hint according to the type of house and climate. If you are in doubt — we will suggest the optimal option specifically for your object.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimum additional insulation for already insulated houses or facades where there is no possibility to increase the thickness. Provides a small effect and is used rather as a corrective or decorative solution, not as full insulation. |
| 80 mm | Initial level of thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or regions with a mild climate. In Europe it is used for reconstructions but does not meet modern energy efficiency requirements for new housing. |
| 100 mm | Basic option for small buildings, summer houses or houses with seasonal residence. Provides a noticeable reduction of heat loss, but in colder regions of Europe it is already considered minimally acceptable. |
| 120 mm | The most balanced solution for most suburban residential buildings in moderate and cold climates. Ensures a comfortable microclimate and real savings on heating without excessive material costs. |
| 150 mm | Complies with standards for thermal insulation of apartment residential buildings. A high-quality solution for energy-efficient and suburban houses with permanent residence. Allows to significantly reduce heating costs and approach low-energy or passive house standards. |
| 200 mm | The maximum level of insulation for northern regions or houses with nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB). Used where the priority is minimal heat loss, not savings at the start, and complies with European standards for thermal insulation of apartment residential buildings. |
The thicker the foam — the better the thermal insulation. We will help to select the optimal thickness for your house.
Recommendations for installation and storage
Installation:
- Surface preparation: Before installation, the facade must be clean, dry, and even. If necessary, eliminate all irregularities and defects.
- Marking: Carefully mark the placement of the panels, starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: The panels are fixed to the wall using special dowels and polyurethane adhesive foam. It is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the number and placement of fasteners.
- Grouting: After installation of the panels, the joints between the tiles must be filled with special grout, which will ensure additional sealing and an aesthetic appearance.
Storage:
- Store thermal panels in a dry, ventilated room, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- The panels should be stored in a horizontal position on a flat surface to avoid deformation.
