Facade Thermal Panel Primeberg Katerynoslav Rock
A facade that resembles natural stone. The thermal panel combines EPS-100 insulation and hand-molded Katerynoslav tiles in the Rock shade with a relief texture. Gray and graphite transitions with natural stone tones create the effect of a real rock, adding monumentality and reliability to the facade. This design emphasizes modern architecture and perfectly combines with glass, metal, and wood. The facade in the “Rock” shade looks prestigious and durable, making the house or commercial facility recognizable and stylish.

Foam thicknesses: which one to choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Here is a short guide based on the type of building and climate. If you are unsure — we will recommend the optimal option specifically for your property.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated houses or facades where it is not possible to increase the thickness. Provides a small effect and is used rather as a corrective or decorative solution rather than full insulation. |
| 80 mm | Initial level of thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or regions with a mild climate. In Europe, it is used for renovations but does not meet modern energy efficiency requirements for new buildings. |
| 100 mm | Basic option for small buildings, summer houses, or houses with seasonal residence. Provides a noticeable reduction in heat loss but is already considered the minimum acceptable in colder regions of Europe. |
| 120 mm | The most balanced solution for most suburban residential buildings in moderate and cold climates. Ensures a comfortable microclimate and real savings on heating without excessive material consumption. |
| 150 mm | Meets the standards for thermal insulation of apartment buildings. A high-quality solution for energy-efficient and suburban homes with year-round residence. Allows significant reduction of heating costs and brings the building closer to low-energy or passive house standards. |
| 200 mm | The maximum level of insulation for northern regions or buildings with nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB). Used where minimal heat loss is the priority rather than initial savings and meets European standards for thermal insulation of apartment buildings. |
The thicker the foam — the better the thermal insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your home.
Installation and storage recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: Before installation, the facade must be clean, dry, and even. If necessary, remove all irregularities and defects.
- Marking: Carefully mark the location of the panels, starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: The panels are attached to the wall using special dowels and polyurethane foam adhesive. It is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the number and placement of fasteners.
- Grouting: After installing the panels, the joints between the tiles must be filled with a special grout to ensure additional sealing and an aesthetic appearance.
Storage:
- Store thermal panels in a dry, ventilated room protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- The panels should be stored horizontally on a flat surface to avoid deformation.
