Facade Thermopanel Primeberg Katerynoslav Cherry
A façade with a rich and expressive character. The thermopanel combines EPS-100 insulation with cladding made of hand-molded brick Katerynoslav in the Cherry shade with a textured relief surface. The deep red-cherry color with natural tonal variations adds dynamism and distinctiveness to the façade, creating the effect of historic brickwork and giving the building a unique charm. This façade pairs beautifully with dark roofs, wooden and stone elements, forming an elegant and premium appearance. EPS thickness – which one to choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Here is a quick guide based on building type and climate. If in doubt, we will help you select the optimal solution for your project.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 mm | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated buildings or where increasing thickness is not possible. |
| 80 mm | Entry-level insulation for relatively warm walls or mild climates. |
| 100 mm | Standard solution for smaller buildings, cottages, or seasonal homes. Provides noticeable heat loss reduction. |
| 120 mm | Balanced solution for most residential buildings in moderate and cold climates. |
| 150 mm | Suitable for energy-efficient and multi-apartment buildings. |
| 200 mm | Maximum insulation level for northern regions or nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB). |
The thicker the EPS layer, the better the insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your home.
Installation and storage recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: The façade must be clean, dry, and level before installation.
- Marking: Start installation from the bottom row.
- Fixing: Panels are attached using façade dowels and polyurethane adhesive foam.
- Grouting: After installation, joints should be filled with suitable grout for sealing and aesthetics.
Storage:
- Store in a dry, ventilated area protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Keep panels horizontally on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
