Primeberg Facade Thermal Panel Rapid Bianco
Rapid Bianco — pure white color in a modern execution.
The thermal panel combines EPS-100 insulation and Cerrad tile in the Bianco shade with a light stone texture. The white color adds freshness to the facade, visually enlarges the space and creates a feeling of cleanliness and harmony.
This shade perfectly combines with dark roofs, wood and glass, making the building bright, stylish and refined.

Polystyrene thickness: which one to choose?
Not sure which thickness to choose? Below is a short recommendation depending on the building type and climate conditions. If you have doubts, we will recommend the optimal solution specifically for your project.
| Thickness | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| 50 millimeters | Minimal additional insulation for already insulated buildings or facades where increasing thickness is not possible. Provides a small effect and is used mainly as a corrective or decorative solution rather than full insulation. |
| 80 millimeters | Initial level of thermal insulation for relatively warm walls or regions with a mild climate. Used in Europe for renovations but does not meet modern energy efficiency requirements for new residential buildings. |
| 100 millimeters | Basic option for small buildings, summer houses or seasonally used homes. Provides noticeable reduction of heat losses, but in colder regions of Europe it is already considered the minimum acceptable level. |
| 120 millimeters | The most balanced solution for most residential buildings in moderate and cold climates. Ensures a comfortable indoor microclimate and real savings on heating without excessive material consumption. |
| 150 millimeters | Complies with building standards for thermal insulation of multi-apartment residential buildings. A quality solution for energy-efficient houses with permanent residence. |
| 200 millimeters | Maximum insulation level for northern regions or buildings with nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB), corresponding to European thermal insulation standards. |
The thicker the polystyrene — the better the thermal insulation. We will help you choose the optimal thickness for your building.
Installation and storage recommendations
Installation:
- Surface preparation: Before installation, the facade must be clean, dry and even. Remove all irregularities and defects if necessary.
- Marking: Carefully mark the panel placement starting from the bottom row.
- Fixing: Panels are fixed to the wall using special dowels and polyurethane adhesive foam. It is important to follow manufacturer recommendations regarding the quantity and placement of fixings.
- Joint grouting: After installation, the joints between the tiles must be filled with a special grout to ensure additional sealing and aesthetic appearance.
Storage:
- Store thermal panels in a dry, ventilated room protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Panels must be stored horizontally on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
