This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer and governs the use of the Primeberg.eu.com website, owned by IE Nykorak Taras Vasylovych (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, the “Company”, or “We”).

1. General provisions

  • By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

  • If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Company provides Users with access to informational materials, the ability to place orders for products and related services. The User undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Order placement procedure

  2. The Company confirms the order by phone call or email.
  3. The product price and delivery terms are agreed with the User before payment.

5. Payment for goods

  • Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer to the Seller’s account, or by other methods specified on the Website.
  • In the case of online payment, funds are charged via secure payment services.

6. Delivery terms

  • Delivery is carried out by the Seller or by carriers .
  • Delivery cost and timeframes are determined during order placement.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. Goods of improper quality

  • The User has the right to request a return or exchange of damaged goods within 14 days from the date of receipt if delivery was carried out by the Seller or a carrier.
  • Grounds for return include mechanical damage or discrepancies in quantity or characteristics compared to the order.
  • Required documents include proof of purchase and photos of the damage.
    If defects are confirmed, an exchange or refund is provided.

7.2. Goods of proper quality

  • The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt (excluding legal entities and sole proprietors).
  • The goods must be complete, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the goods are inspected.

8. Liability of the parties

  • The Company is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by reasons beyond its control.
  • The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
  • In the event of force majeure (war, natural disasters, technical failures), the parties are released from liability.

9. Intellectual property

11. Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to Users. The new version comes into force upon publication on the Website.
